No pitch and no deck
Questions about your business, and an honest answer about whether we are the right people. If the answer is no, that is a useful fifteen minutes too.
What happens after
If it is clear we can help, you get a written scope with a price on it, usually within two working days. It says what is included, what is not, and what we would do first. Nothing starts until you have agreed it, and there is no second call designed to talk you into something larger.
If it is clear we cannot, we will tell you on the call and point you at whoever can. That happens more often than you would expect - the constraint is frequently something we do not sell, like pricing, stock or how quickly enquiries get answered. Saying so is the only version of a free discovery call that is worth anybody’s fifteen minutes.
