Terms of service
What we do, what you own, how we bill, and how either side ends it. Short on purpose, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.
Last updated 16/08/2026.
Who you are contracting with
Kamb Trading (Pty) Ltd trading as LAUNCHT, registration 2022/846711/07, of 3 Varing Avenue, Windsor Park, George, 6529, Western Cape. These terms of service govern work we do for you. Where a signed proposal or scope says something different, that document wins.
This website
Everything on this site is provided in good faith and for information. We do not publish prices here. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and a price becomes one only once we have scoped your work and confirmed it to you in writing.
Scope and how work starts
Work starts on a written scope that names what is included, what is not, and what it costs. Anything outside that scope is quoted before it is done, never added to an invoice afterwards.
Monthly plans carry a minimum commitment of three months, because search and content cannot be judged fairly in less. After that, either of us may end it with one calendar month of notice.
Money
Monthly plans are invoiced on the first of the month and payable by the seventh, or as your scope agrees. Projects are invoiced as your scope sets out, usually part on acceptance and the balance on delivery.
The price we quote is the price you pay. Nothing is added to it at invoice stage, and there are no percentages on top. What your scope says is what the invoice says.
Advertising spend is yours. You own your ad accounts and pay the platforms directly. We never front ad spend and never invoice it back to you. Our fee covers managing it and nothing else.
What you own
Everything we produce for you is yours on payment: copy, images, designs, code, strategy documents and reports, without conditions. We work inside your own accounts and platforms, so nothing has to be handed back if we stop working together.
We keep the right to describe the work we did for you and to show it in our portfolio, unless you tell us not to, in which case we will not. Your data, your customers and your commercially sensitive information are never used that way regardless.
What we need from you
Access to the platforms the work touches, and answers when we ask for them. Where a deliverable waits on your approval it waits, and time spent waiting is not made up later in the same month. We will tell you when something is blocked rather than let a month quietly pass.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us about your business, and for your own obligations to your customers, including under POPIA.
Approval, and what goes live
Nothing is published to your website, store or social accounts without your approval, unless you have explicitly asked us to publish on a schedule without per-item approval. That choice is yours and it is reversible at any time. How the review works is set out in our published AI policy.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee a position on Google, a level of traffic, a number of leads, or a return on advertising. Anyone who does is guessing. What we do commit to is doing the agreed work, measuring it honestly, and telling you when something is not working rather than reporting around it.
Our liability for any claim arising from our work is limited to the fees you paid us for the work in question, except where the law does not allow that to be limited.
Ending it
Either of us may end a monthly plan on one calendar month of written notice after the minimum term. On the last day you keep every account, every login and every file, because they were always yours. Fees for work already done remain payable.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa. If something goes wrong we would rather talk about it first than write to each other formally, and you should assume that is always available.
