You are not buying eight services. You are buying one argument, made everywhere somebody looks.

We are a marketing agency in George running search, content, social, advertising, brand, email and reporting as one joined-up thing, for owner-run South African businesses that already have something to sell and no time to market it.

What we run

Why this matters

Why marketing bought in pieces underperforms marketing bought whole

Almost every business assembles its marketing the same way. Somebody does the website. Somebody else does the social. An SEO person appears for three months. Each of them is competent, each reports on their own numbers, and none of them is accountable for the only number that matters, which is whether more of the right people bought something.

The cost of that is not the fees. It is that the argument for why anyone should choose you gets made differently in every place, or is not made at all. The advert says one thing, the website says another, the social account says nothing in particular, and a customer who sees all three does not experience a campaign. They experience a company that has not decided what it is.

It also breaks the measurement, which is how it stays invisible. When each channel reports its own success, everything looks like it is working while the business feels no different. Nobody is lying; there is simply no one holding the whole picture, and the pieces have no incentive to tell you that the problem is in somebody else's piece.

Running it as one thing is not a bundling exercise. It means one positioning, decided once, and then search, content, social, advertising and email all arguing the same case in their own language - and one report at the end that says what the business got, not what each channel did.

68%

Of Google searches now end without a click. If your marketing was built to buy traffic, the ground under it has moved.

27.6%

What first place on Google now earns, against 39.8% before AI answers appeared above it. Roughly a third less than the last time somebody sold it to you.

76%

Of people running a near-me search visit a business within a day. Local intent did not get answered away. It got more valuable.

What we run

Eight disciplines, one argument, one person who signs it off

Buy one, buy several, or hand over the lot. What does not change is that they are planned together and measured against the business rather than against each other.

Three things owners tell us in the first meeting

All three are reasonable. All three are why the last agency did not work.

We tried marketing and it did not work.

Usually what was tried was one channel, for three months, with no agreement on what success would look like. That is not a test of marketing, it is a test of whether one channel can carry a business on its own in a quarter. It cannot, and nobody who sold it to you said so.

We just need more leads.

Sometimes. More often the leads are arriving and something downstream is losing them - a slow site, an enquiry form that silently fails, nobody replying inside a day. Buying more of something that is leaking is the most expensive way to discover you have a leak. We look at that first, and it is often the cheapest thing we ever fix.

Just tell us what to post.

We can, and it will underperform, because a posting schedule is the last decision not the first. What to post follows from who you are for and what you are claiming - and once that is settled, most of the calendar answers itself and the posts get better without anybody working harder.

Also from LAUNCHT

If the thing that needs fixing is the website, the store or the software behind it, that is the other half of what we do.

Development

Fifteen minutes, and you will know whether we are the right people

No pitch and no deck. You get a marketing agency in George on the call rather than a salesperson: what you are trying to grow, what is in the way, and an honest answer about whether marketing is your actual constraint. Sometimes it is not, and we will say so.
